As with a standard manufacturer’s warranty, we won’t cover your phone for accidental damage, water damage, damage to screens, issues caused by third party software and apps, or components that were added by you after we sold you it.

Also, your warranty will be void if you open your device or attempt a repair yourself. We ask that you send your phone to us so we can diagnose all issues.
