What courier services do you use?
We post all our devices using DPD’s next day delivery service to UK postcodes. If you are in Northern Ireland, we post using Royal Mail special delivery and if you are in a European country other than the UK, we post using TNT Express service.
How long will it take to receive my order?

If your order was made before 2pm on Monday to Friday, we will post it out on the same day and you will receive it the next working day.
If your order was made after 2pm on Monday to Friday, we will post it out on the following working day and you will receive the order the day after.
If your order was made on Saturday or Sunday, it will be posted out on Monday and you will receive it on Tuesday.
Providing there are no delays or disruptions by the courier, the above timings are always accurate.
