Can I have a refund if I change my mind?
Yes you can! We are more than happy to refund you within a 14 day refund period including your return postage.
What will I receive with the mobile phone?
Since our mobile phones are recycled, you will not receive any accessories or charger. Just the phone and battery alone.
When will I receive my mobile phone?
All orders before 3pm will be despatched the same day by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
What does your warranty cover?
Our warranty covers any fault which is related to a manufacturer fault, such as a signal, earpiece, and microphone or software issue. It does not cover physical damage to the LCD or water damage.
Can I have a discount if I buy 5?
Yes, if you would like to purchase more than 5 mobile phone, we can offer you a discount. Simply email orders@ineedamobile.com and we will see what we can do.
What if my phone is barred?
All our mobile phones go through a lost/stolen check process with a company called CheckMend. We will also provide you with an official report to give you additional peace of mind.
Can I collect the phone myself?
Unfortunately, we are an online company so all orders will be posted.
What options do I have for payment?
You can pay us via a debit card, PayPal or call us for phone payment.
