Last year Apple released the iPhone 4S in mid-October last year despite the fact that the previous iPhones were launched in June and July and now the release date of the iPhone 5 could be changed to a different month maybe even earlier.
According to a Chinese site called Sina, published a report that was picked up by analyst Brian White of Topeka Capital Markets, the report predicted that the sixth generation of the iPhone would be launched in September but possibly the end of August as well.
Brian White also went on to revel that only 30% of batteries produced for Apple were meeting the firm’s high standards, which means that an August release date could be in doubt.
Brian White says,
“If there is a battery challenge, we trust that Apple will be able to figure it out in time for a September launch.”
As is the case with Apple rumours we recommend that that you maintain a degree of skepticism about its truth as Sina.com may be getting the information from anywhere.
Nevertheless, we do highly think that the new iPhone 5 will be packing a bigger processor, bigger screen and NFC technology.
